We are looking for full-time support to expand our dispatch department at our location in Schalkholz as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Planning, controlling and monitoring production and delivery dates
- Planning of finished parts in close coordination with production, sales and logistics
- Coordination of transport companies and internal transport
- Ensuring on-time deliveries to our customers
- Maintenance and monitoring of order and scheduling data in the ERP system
- Processing of appointment changes and complaints

Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. freight forwarding clerk, industrial clerk, office management clerk or construction technician)
- Ideally, professional experience in scheduling, logistics or production planning.
- Understanding of production processes, preferably in the concrete or building materials industry
- Organizational strength, assertiveness, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.

- Preparation of technical drawings and working plans for Element ceilings, cavity walls and special parts

Your profile:

We are offering training positions as concrete construction worker incl. steel fixing (m/w/d) for 2026.
Your tasks:
- You will produce ceilings, walls, stairs, balconies and many other prefabricated concrete elements
- Production of wooden joints and formwork is also part of your area of responsibility
- You will learn how to read and implement construction plans, drawings and formwork plans
- You will learn the characteristics of concrete with different degrees of tightness
- You also ensure the stability of the concrete parts by braiding reinforcements from steel bars and steel mesh
- As an important part of our team you will learn work proceeding and organization of a construction site
Your profile:
- You have at least the first general education certificate
- You have mechanical skills, technical understanding and spatial sense
- You are physically fit and enjoy exhausting yourself
