About us
DEFEBA GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1967 as Decken- und Fertigteil-Baugesellschaft mbH & Co. KG and is a medium-sized company with around 120 employees at three sites.
The product range includes static components made of concrete and reinforced concrete, e.g. precast ceiling and wall elements, jambs, balconies, stairs and pillars.
In addition to delivery, we also offer our services as installation, including concrete topping. We create statics and take over the approval planning for all construction projects. Our customer base ranges from private customers to large construction companies in the greater Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg area.
In our offices we employ a team consisting of around 45 colleagues. Our own technical department, with CAD support, guarantees optimal processing. Direct contact to our production allows the implementation of design drawings into practical solutions. Individual designs can be adapted to specific requirements. This means that even the most difficult constructions can be manufactured. This also included the realization of guidelines considering both reinforcement and noise protection.
In addition to our headquarters in Schalkholz, we have been operating a modern robot-supported production facility in Dägeling in administrative district of Steinburg since 2019 with a focus on the production of cavity wall and solid wall elements. In August 2022, Decken- und Fertigteil-Baugesellschaft mbH & Co. KG and Sievers Deckenwerk GmbH & Co.KG in Lürschau merged to form DEFEBA GmbH & Co.KG with its headquarters in Schalkholz.
The production process is divided into four main parts: concrete mixing plant, straightening and cutting system, circulation system and the area of special part production.
Our goal is to convince and retain our customers with high quality products and services. CE certification proves that our products meet EU-wide requirements for safety, health and environmental protection. Furthermore, external monitoring is carried out by the quality protection concrete components BAU-ZERT e.V., which confirms the conformity of the prefabricated parts with the certificate of conformity.
